In July 2006, the Group, through its subsidiary ComfortDelGro Cabcharge, acquired bus routes and assets of Holroyd Bus Lines Pty Ltd in the NSW's Metropolitan Region 3. A year later, the Group acquired the business and assets of Toronto Bus Services, a bus and coach operator in the Newcastle region of NSW.
On 16 February 2017, the Group successfully acquired the remaining 49% shareholding stake from Cabcharge Australia Limited, and renamed the subsidiary, ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia Pty Ltd (CDC).
On 7 August 2018, the Group announced two acquisitions.
The first is the acquisition of FCL Holdings Pty Limited which runs Forest Coach Lines in Northern Sydney and regional NSW. FCL also operates Region 14 contract bus services in Metropolitan NSW, other bus services in regional NSW as well as school and non-school charter services.
The second is the acquisition of the bus and coach assets of Coastal Liner Coaches which operates route bus services in Outer Sydney Metropolitan Bus Service Region 11. The coastal operator specialises in luxury coach tour packages for theatre performances, concerts and day tours for individuals and small groups.
On 31 May 2019, CDC acquired B&E Blanch Pty Ltd which owns a fleet of buses and coaches under Blanch’s Bus Company. It serves scheduled route and school bus services in the Northern part of NSW – expanding CDC’s operating footprint to include areas such as Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby and Billinudgel. Blanch’s also operates Brunswick Valley Coaches which delivers charter services in the area.
NPT, which has its headquarters in Melbourne, operates across Victoria, NSW and Western Australia (WA). NPT offers a range of healthcare transport services to state government ambulance utilities and major metropolitan hospital networks including walker, hoist and stretcher transport services, as well as specialist services for high acuity and complex patients.
It also operates a registered training organisation that is qualified to deliver and assess a range of non-emergency healthcare transport, first aid and resuscitation courses in Australia. NPT has been the first private provider of patient transport services to NSW Health, which has been responsible for the public health system in NSW since 2016.
Moove Media Australia Pty Ltd, ComfortDelGro's advertising arm, made its entry into Australia, having won the contract to provide advertising services to CDC in Sydney and Melbourne in 2011. Its coverage was further expanded to include Victoria, Australia in 2017.
The Company successfully re-negotiated and secured the region contracts for Hunter Valley Bus operations for Outer Metropolitan Regions 2 and 4 in 2014. The Hunter Valley bus depot for Region 2 covers the areas of Singleton, Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Newcastle and the areas of Barnsley, Minmi, Edgeworth, Toronto, and Morisset for Region 4.
In August 2014, ComfortDelGro Cabcharge acquired Blue Mountains Bus Company, which operates an Outer Sydney Metropolitan Bus Services Contract in the tourist region, for S$27.8 million. The Company was rebranded Blue Mountains Transit Pty Ltd in December the same year.
Deane's Buslines dates back to 1990 when the Deane family purchased Lever's Canberra-Queanbeyan Bus Service which included the former's route and school bus services. In July 2008, it acquired Transborder Express, an established name in the coach industry, which also provides route and school services for the Yass and Murrumbateman regions of NSW.
The brand, Deane's Bus lines, was renamed Qcity Transit in July 2013. Currently, Qcity Transit provides route and school bus services to the community of Queanbeyan in NSW while Transborder Express operates route and school bus services in the community of Yass, with direct services operating between Yass and Canberra.






It provides essential bus transport across the Western, Eastern and Northern suburbs of Melbourne, and the Greater Cities of Ballarat, Geelong, Mildura and Wentworth. It not only just provides route services, but reliable and competitive charter services for schools, charities, sporting clubs, and other recreational groups.
In April 2018, the Company strengthened its presence through the acquisition of Tullamarine Bus Lines Pty Ltd which operates bus routes under contract with Public Transport Victoria as well as contracted school services.

Buslink NT Pty Ltd is the largest bus operator in the Northern Territory (NT), operating a fleet of buses and coaches out of four locations across the NT including Humpty Doo, Jabiru and Alice Springs.
As the largest operator in the NT, its service offerings comprise bus transportation for urban, school, special needs, employee transport, and charter services.



Sunshine Coast



In South East Queensland, CDC provides school services out of four depots. It also operates a depot in Gladstone, which is located about 400km to the North of the Sunshine Coast, offering public passenger bus services, school services and special needs bus services.
Other services include professional and competitive charter services for schools, charities and recreational clubs.






Swan Taxis, which is the largest provider of fleet services in the Perth metropolitan market was fully acquired in October 2010. Supporting communities across metropolitan Perth and various regional hubs, Swan Taxis operates taxi despatch services, workshops and a training centre.
On 31 October 2017, Swan Taxis' wholly owned subsidiary, ComfortDelGro Swan Pty Ltd entered into an agreement to acquire the business asset of Metro WA Taxi Management Pty Ltd (Metro Taxi), the largest taxi management company in Perth.
