ComfortDelGro and Global East Investment form a joint venture company, ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers.
First day of trading of ComfortDelGro shares on the Singapore Exchange. A total volume of 10,552,000 shares were traded with the share price closing at 79 cents.
Shareholders of Comfort and DelGro attend separately the Court Meetings followed by the EGMs at the Meritus Mandarin Hotel. 99.54% and 99.99% of Comfort and DelGro shareholders respectively voted on the merger.
