CDC Northern Territory
On 30 November 2018, ComfortDelGro completed the acquisition of Buslink, which includes Buslink Pty Ltd and Buslink Southern Pty Ltd. This is the Group’s largest acquisition in Australia to-date.
On 1 July 2022, Buslink in Northern Territory was rebranded to CDC Northern Territory. Today, CDC Northern Territory operates a fleet of more than 210 vehicles out of five locations across the Territory, providing not just urban and school bus transportation, but also reliable and competitive charter services for schools, companies, charities, sporting clubs and other recreational groups.
