In November 2008, the Group together with Cabcharge Australia entered into a contract to acquire the fourth largest bus operator, Kefford Group in Victoria for A$149.2 million. The Company renamed itself ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia Pty Ltd (CDC) in February 2017.

It provides essential bus transport across the Western, Eastern and Northern suburbs of Melbourne, and the Greater Cities of Ballarat, Geelong, Mildura and Wentworth. It not only just provides route services, but reliable and competitive charter services for schools, charities, sporting clubs, and other recreational groups.

In April 2018, the Company strengthened its presence through the acquisition of Tullamarine Bus Lines Pty Ltd which operates bus routes under contract with Public Transport Victoria as well as contracted school services.
